Plastic Screen Inks

Gloss Vinyl

Gloss Vinyl screen inks are formulated for printing onto flexible and rigid PVC. They have exceptionally low odour making them pleasant for operators to use and dry with a brilliant gloss finish. Gloss Vinyl inks have good resistance to petrol and alcohol

Zephyr Gloss

Zephyr Gloss screen inks are designed for high speed printing of rigid PVC, polystyrenes and self adhesive vinyls. These inks are non toxic and lightfast. They dry to a high gloss and have very low odour. They possess excellent screen stability. Zephyr Gloss inks offer exceptional printability and definition with freedom from static problems.

Polybond

Polybond inks are a range of single pack screen inks formulated for printing treated polyethylene and polypropylene bottles. etc. These inks are normally used as supplied, thinned 10-20% with one of the recommended thinners. For certain applications, where product resistance of the ink needs to be developed soon after printing, Polybond Catalyst is available.

Matt Vinyl

Matt Vinyl screen inks are formulated for printing onto most types of rigid, flexible and limp (self cling) PVC. These inks have exceptionally low odour making them pleasant for operators to use. They offer good opacity, excellent printability and self solvency. These inks dry fast to a smooth matt finish.

Correx

Correx screen inks are a range of inks designed for printing onto Fluted Polyolefines such as Correx. They may be air dried or jet dried to a gloss weather resistant film, with good lightfastness. In general these inks are of good opacity reducing the tendency to show variations in colour due to the corrugations on the material. Correx inks have excellent screen stability and printing characteristics, with low odour making them pleasant to use.

Dynapoll

Dynapoll inks have been formulated to print on untreated and pretreated polypropylene and polyethylene. These inks show excellent adhesion and dry to a scuff resistant smooth semi gloss finish.
